The CottageThis self catering holiday cottage is set in a superb position, facing the south, looking over the beach and across the bay. With local amenineties such as a village shop and pub just down the road. The cottage is designed to accomodate a maximum of 4 persons amongst the two floors. On the top floor you'll find two bedrooms, neutrally decorated, with views of the south coast being their main assets. The main, master bedroom, has a large king sized bed, chest of draws and closet. Sleeping up to two persons. Next-door to it you'll find a smaller bedroom with a set of bunk bedsand is ideal for two children. On this top floor you'll also find the bathroom, containing a large shower cubicle, lavatory and basin. The ground floor is open plan, neutrally decorated to high standards and faces the south coast (overlooking the beach). Here you will find a 19" flat screen TV with freeview and a DVD player. The kitchen has an electric over with a ceramic top, microwave, fridge/freezer and a combined washer and tumble dryer. The whole house is well maintained and has central heating through out, double glazing and a warm 'homely' feel to it. SORRY BUT NO PETS ALLOWED Provided with Lettings
